At the moment here in the UK various internet companies are offering free internet access all you have to pay is the telephone charges and it seems that every internet service provider is jumping on this.
This can only mean a good thing to the people of the UK as we don't have to pay charges to the internet service providers to access the internet.
The only catch is that you have to be a resident in the UK, so any one outside of this country  there is not much use for you too read this page sorry.
Some of these are now offering free internet access and free phone calls at certain times of the day as well which is even better because my telephone charges have been reduced dramatically.

This is one of the free internet service providers that I use to access the web as it also offers free telephone calls to the server at certain times. It also offers one e-mail address a chat program the only thing is it puts a bar at the top of the page and flashes adverts in it which ain't so bad as it doesn't take up a lot of room.

This internet service provider offer free access to the internet unlimited e-mail address & newsgroups its quite a fast server to use and is brought to you by Dixons store group although you will need to go to a Dixons, Currys or PC world to get a free CD to get online.

This internet service provider also offers free calls to the server but you have to change your phone bill from Bt to other company which says it will keep all your discounts that you had with Bt you also have to get a CD from tempo.
I've chosen not to go with this one.
